Welcome to Kingswood! If you are looking to purchase a home in Kingswood, we hope this site will answer your questions. Prior to closing, please obtain a Kingswood Homeowners Association Clearing Certificate by contacting MSC Business Services at 717-731-3517 during regular business hours (8:00 AM - 4:45 PM), Monday through Friday. The rescheduled 2013 Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 18 at 7:00 PM. The meeting scheduled for May 22 did not have a quorum, resulting in the rescheduling. For those who have recently moved into Kingswood, we hope that you will enjoy your new home and neighbors. For those who are currently Kingswood residents, we hope that you will find this site more-user friendly.
